Warranty for Distributors and Retailers
Bespeco products are covered by a one-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date indicated on the invoice.
To benefit from the warranty, it is essential to:
• Return the product with its original packaging intact. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the product is packaged in a way that prevents damage during transport. Once repaired, the product will be returned with secure packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
• Provide the product serial number (where present, e.g., wireless microphones, electronic systems, wireless systems, loudspeakers).
Extension to the second year of warranty
It is possible to benefit from a second year of warranty by providing:
• The sales receipt issued within the first year of warranty, showing the PRODUCT CODE and the original SERIAL NUMBER (visible on the packaging or on the product where present).
• Return the product with its original packaging intact. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure the product is packaged in a way that prevents damage during transport. Once repaired, the product will be returned with secure packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
If these requirements are not met, the warranty cannot be applied.
Warranty service conditions
• If the malfunction is due to manufacturing defects, the product will be repaired at Bespeco's expense, including transport costs.
• If the malfunction is caused by improper use, negligence, accidental drops, or inadequate packaging, repair and transport costs will be charged to the customer, subject to a quotation.

If you are an end user, please contact exclusively the retailer from whom you purchased the product. The retailer will handle the warranty process in accordance with Bespeco’s regulations.
